What is PATCHPOP?
PATCHPOP is a wearable collectible system. You start with a PATCHPOP T-shirt, then collect swappable mystery patches from limited theme drops. Pull them, wear them, swap your doubles, and try to complete the set before it retires.

How does PATCHPOP work?
Three steps:
- Wear your favorite pulls on your PATCHPOP T-shirt.
- Swap your doubles with other collectors.
- Collect the full set before the theme retires.

Is PATCHPOP a clothing brand?
Not exactly.
The clothing is the base, but the real product is the collecting experience: the mystery packs, the rarity tiers, the doubles, the trades, and the feeling of getting closer to a complete set.
Think of it like a collectible game you can wear.
The chase, the tiers, and the rules of the pull.
Common, Rare, Ultra Rare. You do not choose what you get. That is the point.

How does rarity work?Most asked
Every theme has three rarity tiers:
- Common patches are the everyday pulls that help build your collection.
- Rare patches are harder to pull and usually become the ones people want to trade for.
- Ultra Rare patches are hidden designs we never preview.
Most packs will be Common. Rare appears less often. Ultra Rare is the real chase.

What is inside a Mystery Pack?
Each Mystery Pack includes one random patch from the selected theme.
It can be Common, Rare, or Ultra Rare. The pack is sealed, so you will only know what you pulled after you open it.

What are the rarity levels?
Common: the everyday patches that build your set.
Rare: harder to find and easier to trade.
Ultra Rare: hidden designs that are never shown before they are pulled. -
Are Ultra Rare patches shown before launch?
No.
Ultra Rares are never previewed, teased, or confirmed before they are pulled. We keep them hidden because the surprise is part of the product.

Can I choose which patch I get?
No.
Mystery Packs are random by design (You can only choose the theme)
Choosing your patch would remove the pull, the chase, and the reason people trade.
You pull what you get, then swap your way toward the rest.

What happens if I get duplicates?
You trade them or give them away.
Duplicates are part of the PATCHPOP system. They are not errors or faulty items. Doubles give collectors a reason to swap, negotiate, and complete their sets together.

What's your Mystery Pack policy?
Every Mystery Pack is sealed and random. Because the product is based on surprise, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or replacements based only on which patch you pulled.

What is a Starter Kit?
The Starter Kit is the easiest way to enter PATCHPOP.
It includes your PATCHPOP T-shirt or base product and Mystery Packs so you can start wearing, pulling, and collecting from day one.

What is a Mystery Pack?
A Mystery Pack is one sealed pack with one random patch from your chosen theme.
You choose the theme. The patch inside stays a surprise.

What is a Pack of 3 or Pack of 5?
A Pack of 3 gives you three random pulls from the selected theme.
A Pack of 5 gives you five random pulls from the selected theme.
More pulls mean more chances to build your set, find Rares, and get doubles you can trade.

Does buying a Pack of 5 guarantee an Ultra Rare?
No.
Nothing guarantees an Ultra Rare unless we clearly say so on the product page. Ultra Rare patches are meant to stay a real chase.
How the base product works and how to wear and care for it
Attach, swap, remove, repeat. Just treat the patch zone with care.

How do the patches attach?
PATCHPOP patches attach to the patch zone on your T-shirt using a hook-and-loop style backing.
Place the patch on the panel, press it down, and it is ready to wear. When you want to switch, peel it off gently and add another one.

Can I wear the base product without a patch?
Yes.
You can wear the PATCHPOP T-shirt with or without a patch. The patch zone is part of the product design.

Will the patch stay attached while wearing?
Yes, it is made for normal wear.

How should I wash my base product?
Remove all patches before washing.
Wash the T-shirt inside out, use cold water, and avoid ironing directly over the patch zone. Let the T-shirt dry fully before attaching patches again.

Can I wash the patches?
Do not machine wash the patches.
Keep patches away from heat, heavy water exposure, and ironing. If needed, gently spot clean and let them dry completely before use.
How doubles, trades, and collecting work
Doubles are not the end of the pull. They are where the trading starts.

Can I trade patches?
Yes.
Trading is part of the PATCHPOP experience. Swap your doubles with friends or other collectors to get the patches you are missing.

Will each drop retire?
Yes.
PATCHPOP themes are designed as limited drops. Once a set retires, we do not treat it as a forever product.
Future themes, remixes, or new versions may arrive, but each drop has its own chase.

Will there be a checklist?
Yes, the plan is to have a checklist for each theme so collectors can track what they have and what they are missing.
Ultra Rare slots may stay hidden or partially undisclosed to protect the surprise.

Can I complete the full set?
That is the goal.
You can complete a set by pulling patches yourself and trading doubles with other collectors. Some patches will be easier to find than others.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship all over Egypt.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and order volume.
Estimated delivery time is usually between 5 and 6 working days. During high-demand drops, orders may take longer than usual to process.

Can I return a Mystery Pack?
Mystery Packs cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced because of the patch you pulled.
The product is sealed, random, and built around surprise. If your item arrives damaged, wrong, or faulty, contact us and we will review it according to our Returns & Exchanges policy.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
