Opened mystery packs are final sale. Duplicate pulls, design preferences, and rarity outcomes are not valid grounds for return or exchange. Do not ship any item back without first receiving approval from PATCHPOP Support.

Return Windows & Eligibility فترات الإرجاع والاستبدال

Changed your mind? Request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery on eligible items. If your order arrives visibly damaged, incorrect, or missing a component, please report it within 48 hours with clear photos or videos. Manufacturing defects or non-conforming items may be reported within 30 days. Proof of purchase is required, and approval is confirmed after we review the request and inspect the item where needed.

مسار تغيير الرأي خلال 14 يوماً: يمكن للعملاء طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال للمنتجات المؤهلة خلال 14 يوماً تقويمياً من استلام الطلب.

Final Sale Rules

Opened mystery packs are treated as final sale for change-of-mind, design preference, duplicate pulls, or rarity-outcome reasons, subject to applicable consumer protection rules. Specific designs, rare variants, or chase items are not guaranteed unless clearly stated on the product page. Duplicates are part of randomized collecting and are not considered a defect. This does not affect your rights if an item is genuinely defective, incorrect, or missing a physical component.

تُباع أكياس الباتشات العشوائية من باتش بوب بوصفها منتجات تجميع عمياء ومُبهَمة. بمجرد فتح العبوة المغلقة، قد لا يمكن إرجاع المنتج بسبب تغيير الرأي أو تفضيل التصميم أو قرعة التكرار.

Product Condition, Bundles & Starter Kits شروط حالة المنتج

To qualify for a standard change-of-mind return or size exchange, products must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in resaleable condition with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Patches must be completely unpeeled, unattached, unused, and structurally unchanged. Bundles and starter kits must usually be returned complete.

لاستيفاء شروط إرجاع تغيير الرأي القياسي أو استبدال المقاس، يجب أن تُعاد المنتجات غير مستخدمة وغير ملبوسة وغير مغسولة وغير تالفة وبحالة صالحة للبيع مع جميع البطاقات والملصقات والعبوات الأصلية سليمة.

Refunds & Return Shipping معالجة الاسترداد وطرق الدفع

Once a returned item is received, inspected, and approved, PATCHPOP will initiate the refund or approved resolution within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. COD refunds may be processed through Vodafone Cash, InstaPay, bank transfer, or another verified local method. For change-of-mind returns or size exchanges, the customer usually covers return shipping. If the issue was caused by PATCHPOP, we cover the reasonable return shipping where applicable.

بمجرد استلام المنتج المُعاد وفحصه والموافقة عليه، ستُبادر باتش بوب إلى الاسترداد خلال المدة التي يتطلبها القانون المعمول به.

How to Start a Return or Claim كيفية بدء طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال أو المطالبة

Your request should include your order number, full name, phone number, reason for the request, and clear photos or videos of the item and packaging where relevant. Returns sent without approval may be delayed, refused, or returned to the sender, subject to applicable law.
