We want every PATCHPOP order to reach you safely and on time. This policy explains processing timelines, delivery zones, Cash on Delivery rules, and what to do if a delivery issue occurs.

Please make sure your phone number and delivery address are correct before completing your order. Cash on Delivery orders must be confirmed within 24 hours or they may be cancelled, and COD parcels cannot be opened before full payment to the courier.

Coverage & Processing نطاق التوصيل ومواعيد المعالجة

PATCHPOP currently delivers to selected areas across Egypt through approved courier partners. Standard orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful online payment confirmation or Cash on Delivery verification.

During limited drops, launches, sales, holidays, or high-order periods, processing may take an additional 2–3 business days.

توصّل باتش بوب حالياً إلى مناطق مختارة داخل مصر. تُعبَّأ الطلبات القياسية وتُرسَل في غضون 1–2 أيام عمل بعد تأكيد الدفع.

Cairo, Giza: 2–3 business days
Alexandria, Delta Governorates: 3–5 business days
Fayoum, Asyut, Luxor, Aswan: 4–6 business days
Red Sea, Sinai, Matrouh: 5–7 business days

Timelines are estimates and may change due to courier capacity, public holidays, weather, address accuracy, failed contact attempts, campaign volume, or circumstances outside PATCHPOP’s reasonable control.

COD Rule

COD orders must be confirmed within 24 hours through the contact method provided by PATCHPOP, or the order may be cancelled and the items released.

For COD orders, the full amount must be paid to the courier before the parcel is handed over. Parcels cannot be opened, inspected, tried, partially accepted, or selectively rejected before payment. Couriers cannot process returns, exchanges, refunds, or partial handovers at the door.

تخضع جميع طلبات الدفع عند الاستلام للتحقق خلال 24 ساعة من تقديمها. لا يمكن فتح طرود الدفع عند الاستلام أو فحصها أو قبولها جزئياً قبل سداد المبلغ الكامل للمندوب.

Failed & Refused Deliveries فشل التوصيل والطلبات المرفوضة والإعادة إلى المستودع

Couriers normally make up to two delivery attempts where operationally available. Delivery may fail if the customer is unreachable, unavailable, refuses the parcel, provides an incorrect address, does not pay the COD amount, or repeatedly postpones delivery.

If an order is returned to PATCHPOP because of failed contact, refusal, invalid address, or customer unavailability, the order may be cancelled. Repeated failed or refused COD orders may limit COD access on future orders.

For prepaid orders returned through no fault of PATCHPOP, reasonable courier costs may be deducted from the refund where legally permitted and clearly communicated.

إذا فشلت محاولة التوصيل لأن العميل كان غير متاحاً أو رفض الطرد أو أعطى عنواناً غير صحيح، قد تُعاد الطرد إلى باتش بوب.

Damaged Parcels, Missing Items & Support الطرود التالفة والعناصر المفقودة والدعم

Please check your parcel as soon as reasonably possible after delivery. If the parcel looks damaged, opened, tampered with, soaked, crushed, resealed, or suspicious, photograph or video it before opening.

Visible delivery damage, wrong items, missing components, or packaging issues should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos.

If tracking shows unusual delay, no movement, failed courier scan, or possible loss, contact Support or email us at Help@PATCHPOP.shop so we can investigate with the courier.
