1. General Acceptance, Eligibility & Account Responsibility

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of this website, creating a customer account, browsing our collections, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by all operational policies referenced on this website. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should stop using the website and refrain from placing an order through PATCHPOP.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit, exclude, or reduce any mandatory statutory rights you may have under applicable Egyptian consumer protection laws, data protection rules, or other applicable regulations.

To place an order or establish a customer account, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase transaction. Under Egyptian civil law, full legal capacity is generally reached at 21 full Gregorian years. If you are under the applicable legal age or do not have full legal capacity, you may browse this website or place an order only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

If you allow a minor dependent or any other person to use this website through your account, you are responsible for their use of the website and for any purchases made through your account.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details, passwords, and verified One-Time Passwords (OTPs) secure. Any order, request, or account activity made through your account or verified security methods may be treated as authorized by you, unless you promptly notify PATCHPOP in writing of suspected unauthorized access, breach, or misuse.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account, placing an order, or contacting customer support. This includes your full name, phone number, email address, delivery address, billing details, and any other information required to process your order or support request.

2. Order Acceptance, Pricing Errors, Taxes & Stock Availability

The display of products on our website is an invitation for customers to place an order. When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items according to these Terms and the specific product details displayed at checkout.

Receiving an automated order confirmation email does not always mean that your order has been finally accepted, processed, or fulfilled. All orders remain subject to payment verification, stock availability, fraud screening, address verification, and operational warehouse processing.

PATCHPOP may refuse, cancel, or limit an order where there is a genuine pricing error, product description error, inventory discrepancy, suspected fraud, unauthorized promotion exploitation, commercial reselling activity, technical system malfunction, or inability to fulfill the order.

PATCHPOP aims to display product prices clearly and transparently. Unless clearly stated otherwise, product prices displayed on the storefront are inclusive of applicable statutory taxes, including Value Added Tax (VAT), at the prevailing legal rates. Variable shipping fees, delivery surcharges, or regional logistics costs are calculated and displayed as separate line items before final checkout completion.

If an item is displayed at an incorrect price due to an administrative error, typographical mistake, backend database malfunction, or technical issue, PATCHPOP reserves the right to cancel or correct the affected order. If your payment has already been captured for an order that is later cancelled by PATCHPOP, we will initiate a transaction reversal or refund to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law and payment-provider timelines.

All items are subject to real-time availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout to offer a lawful resolution, which may include order cancellation, refund, alternative product selection, or partial fulfillment where applicable and mutually agreed with the customer.

3. Payment Terms & Financial Authorizations

All purchases must be settled using one of the payment methods displayed at checkout, unless Cash on Delivery is expressly made available for your order or delivery zone. Available payment methods may include credit/debit cards, local digital wallets, approved online payment gateways, or other regional payment options supported by PATCHPOP.

Online payment transactions are subject to validation, security checks, and authorization by your bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or payment gateway. PATCHPOP is not responsible for transaction failures, refused authorizations, administrative bank holds, payment-provider errors, or related delivery delays that are outside our direct control.

If a payment is later reversed, declined, flagged as suspicious, or subject to a chargeback investigation, PATCHPOP may pause, cancel, or withhold fulfillment of the order until the financial issue is resolved.

PATCHPOP may issue order confirmations, receipts, invoices, or transaction records electronically. Customers should keep their order number, electronic invoice, or valid proof of purchase for any return, exchange, defect report, or customer support request.

4. Discount Codes, Promotions & Campaigns

PATCHPOP may introduce discount codes, launch offers, bundle offers, seasonal sales, clearance campaigns, competitions, or promotional benefits from time to time. Each promotional campaign may have its own eligibility criteria, validity period, item exclusions, usage limits, and conditions.

All promotional campaigns and retail sales are structured to comply with applicable Egyptian laws and regulatory requirements where applicable. PATCHPOP may modify, suspend, or withdraw a promotion if required for legal, technical, operational, or regulatory compliance reasons.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise by PATCHPOP, promotional discount codes cannot be combined, stacked, or used together with any other active site-wide markdowns, bundle offers, sale prices, or coupon codes.

PATCHPOP may reject, reverse, deactivate, or cancel the benefit of any promotion where a code or offer is applied due to a technical error, used outside its intended conditions, or exploited in a manner that appears abusive, fraudulent, automated, or inconsistent with the purpose of the campaign.

Promotional or sale items may be subject to specific return, exchange, or refund rules, provided such rules do not reduce or limit any mandatory rights required under applicable Egyptian consumer protection law.

5. Order Cancellation

Customers may request an order cancellation by contacting PATCHPOP’s support channels as soon as possible after placing the order. Cancellation can only be processed if the order has not yet entered our processing, packing, fulfillment, dispatch, or courier handover stage.

Separately, and in addition to the operational cut-off described above, where applicable Egyptian consumer protection and remote-selling rules grant you a statutory right to cancel an online order within a defined period after placing it, that statutory right continues to apply. Any operational cancellation cut-off described in this section is without prejudice to that statutory cancellation right.

Once an order has moved into processing, packed, fulfilled, dispatched, or handed over to a courier, manual cancellation may no longer be operationally possible. In that case, the transaction will be managed through our standard return, refund, and exchange framework after physical delivery, subject to item eligibility and applicable law.

An operational cancellation cut-off does not limit any mandatory statutory return, replacement, refund, or manufacturing defect rights that the customer may have under applicable Egyptian consumer protection rules after receiving the order.

Limited drop products may move through expedited fulfillment streams due to high demand and strict inventory limits. For this reason, modifications or cancellations for limited drop items may not be possible once submitted.

Cash on Delivery orders may require verification through the contact method provided by PATCHPOP before dispatch. If a COD order cannot be verified and confirmed within the required time window specified by PATCHPOP, we may cancel the order and return the items to active inventory.

6. Product Information, Visual Accuracy & Product Variations

PATCHPOP strives to provide accurate and reliable product details, including descriptions, product images, sizing information, component listings, care instructions, and usage guidance.

Product images, videos, digital mockups, and graphic renderings are provided for representation purposes. Exact color values, embroidery textures, fabric shades, and overall appearances may vary slightly due to screen brightness, device settings, display calibration, photography lighting, production batches, or standard manufacturing variations.

Minor differences in embroidery density, thread shades, base fabric texture, hook-and-loop backing, edge finishing, or physical size tolerance within standard manufacturing parameters are normal characteristics of textile and patch production. These minor production variations do not constitute a legal defect, lack of conformity, or false advertising, provided they do not negatively affect the product’s fundamental function, quality, safety, or core description.

If a delivered product is materially non-conforming, structurally defective, or incorrect, the issue will be handled under our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Returns must not be sent without prior approval. Approved return instructions will be provided through PATCHPOP Support.

7. Care Instructions, Product Use & Compatibility

PATCHPOP items are designed as wearable collectibles and compatible base products. Customers are required to follow the care, washing, attachment, removal, storage, and handling instructions provided on product packaging, official product pages, or published care guides.

PATCHPOP is not responsible for physical damage, premature wear, attachment deterioration, fabric tearing, color bleeding, product failure, or damage to other items resulting from customer misuse, negligent handling, washing practices that violate care instructions, unauthorized modifications, improper attachment or removal, or use with incompatible surfaces.

PATCHPOP patches are optimized for use with compatible PATCHPOP base products or suitable modular surfaces. PATCHPOP does not assume liability for damage caused to personal apparel, high-value garments, bags, accessories, secondary textiles, or non-PATCHPOP items during attachment, wear, removal, washing, cleaning, storage, or handling of our products.

This disclaimer does not limit any mandatory rights you may have if a product has a verified pre-existing manufacturing defect, was damaged before delivery, was incorrectly supplied, or does not conform to its core product description.

8. Limited Drops, Cart Holds & Real-Time Inventory Allocation

Certain PATCHPOP products may be released as limited drops, exclusive editions, fixed-quantity collections, or promotional releases. These items may sell out quickly and may not be restocked or re-run.

Placing an item inside your digital shopping cart does not reserve the item or guarantee availability. Inventory is allocated in real time based on completed checkout, payment confirmation where applicable, and backend system processing.

During high-traffic launch events, simultaneous digital transactions, payment gateway delays, inventory synchronization issues, or sudden server surges may cause an item to become unavailable during checkout. If PATCHPOP is unable to fulfill a limited drop item due to system oversell or stock exhaustion, we may cancel the unfulfillable transaction and provide a refund, alternative item option, partial fulfillment where applicable, or store credit where legally permitted and/or agreed with the customer.

Because limited drop products are produced in fixed quantities, exact size swaps, design exchanges, or identical replacements cannot be guaranteed. If a limited drop item is confirmed defective or incorrect and no replacement units are available, PATCHPOP will provide an appropriate lawful resolution, which may include a refund, repair where applicable, replacement with an alternative item agreed with the customer, or another remedy required by law.

9. Mystery Patch Packs & Collectible Disclaimers

PATCHPOP mystery patch packs are sold as blind, randomized collectible experiences. The surprise and sealed nature of the assortment is an essential part of the product’s commercial identity and value.

Specific patch designs, rare colorways, ultra-rare variants, chase items, or specific themes are not guaranteed within any single mystery pack or individual order, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description. Any published rarity information, collection distribution, or general odds are provided for collection context only and do not guarantee specific contents in any individual pack.

By purchasing randomized collectible products, you acknowledge that buying multiple mystery packs introduces a possibility of receiving duplicate designs. Duplicates are a natural outcome of randomized distribution and do not constitute a product defect or non-conformity.

Because opening, unsealing, or altering a mystery pack’s outer foil wrap, tamper-evident blind bag, or protective sleeve may change the condition, resale status, randomized nature, and collector value of the item, opened mystery packs are treated as final sale for change-of-mind, design preference, duplicate pull, or rarity outcome reasons, subject to applicable Egyptian consumer protection rules.

This final sale rule does not limit your mandatory statutory rights if an item is verified to have a manufacturing defect, was damaged before delivery, was incorrectly supplied, or has missing physical components. Unopened and fully sealed mystery packs remain eligible for return only in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy and applicable law.

10. User-Generated Content & Social Media

PATCHPOP welcomes and encourages our community to share photographs, video reviews, collection displays, styling layouts, comments, and other creative content featuring our products.

If you tag PATCHPOP, upload content directly to our website or official channels, respond to a content request, or otherwise give us permission to use your content, you grant PATCHPOP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to feature, repost, format, display, or share that specific content across our website, official social media channels, email marketing campaigns, digital advertisements, and other brand marketing materials.

You confirm that any content you submit or authorize us to use is your own original creation, or that you have the necessary rights and permissions to allow PATCHPOP to use it. You also confirm that the content does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or personal rights of any third party and does not include unlawful, offensive, misleading, harmful, or non-compliant material.

Where reasonably possible, PATCHPOP will provide appropriate attribution by displaying your social media username or handle. If you wish to revoke permission for future promotional materials, you may contact us at Help@PATCHPOP.shop. We will review your request within a reasonable operational timeframe, although we may not be able to remove content already included in historical publications, printed materials, completed campaigns, or third-party shares outside PATCHPOP’s control.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, assets, and materials featured on this website, including but not limited to the PATCHPOP name, logos, trademarks, slogans, written text, website design elements, user interface layouts, photography, videos, digital graphics, product names, packaging designs, patch illustrations, embroidery concepts, character designs, collection concepts, and other brand materials, are owned by or licensed to ZEE COUSINS LLC.

PATCHPOP’s intellectual property is protected under applicable Egyptian intellectual property laws, including Law No. 82 of 2002 on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights, and any other applicable local or international protections.

PATCHPOP does not sponsor, endorse, authenticate, supervise, operate, guarantee, or control any secondary trading market, peer-to-peer swap, resale transaction, external marketplace listing, or private agreement arranged between customers or third parties.

If you engage in peer-to-peer trading or purchase PATCHPOP products from an unauthorized third-party seller, you acknowledge that PATCHPOP cannot verify or guarantee the authenticity, cleanliness, condition, storage history, completeness, packaging status, or safety of items traded outside official PATCHPOP channels.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PATCHPOP assumes no responsibility or financial liability for payment disputes, fraudulent listings, counterfeit products, bad-faith swaps, delivery failures, damaged items, missing items, pricing disputes, or condition disagreements arising from transactions between individual collectors or third parties.

Official customer support, return, replacement, and defect-resolution processes apply to purchases made directly through PATCHPOP’s official storefront or authorized sales channels, subject to proof of purchase and applicable law. This clause does not affect any mandatory rights that may apply under Egyptian law.

13. Prohibited Uses, Anti-Bot Rules & Platform Security

Without limitation, you may not:

Where payment has already been captured for an order cancelled under this section, PATCHPOP will initiate the appropriate refund or transaction reversal in accordance with the original payment method, payment-provider timelines, and applicable law, unless the transaction is subject to fraud review, chargeback investigation, or legal restriction.

Certain unauthorized digital conduct may also violate Egypt’s Law No. 175 of 2018 on Anti-Cyber and Information Technology Crimes or other applicable cybercrime laws.

17. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PATCHPOP, ZEE COUSINS LLC, its founders, directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, partners, and service providers from and against any third-party claim, demand, liability, damage, loss, cost, or reasonable legal fee arising from:

The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Termination, Account Restriction & Survival

These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or by PATCHPOP. You may stop using the website at any time.

PATCHPOP may suspend or terminate access to the website, restrict an account, refuse future service, cancel pending unfulfilled orders, or limit participation in future drops where we reasonably believe that a user has breached these Terms, engaged in bot manipulation, submitted false information, used fraudulent payment methods, abused chargebacks, misused promotions, infringed intellectual property, or otherwise acted in bad faith.

Where legally permitted, PATCHPOP may take such action without prior judicial notice when immediate action is reasonably necessary to protect the website, customers, limited inventory, payment systems, intellectual property, or PATCHPOP’s legal rights.

Termination or account restriction does not cancel any obligations or liabilities that arose before termination, including payment obligations, fraud investigations, chargeback disputes, intellectual property violations, indemnity obligations, return obligations, or legal claims.

Where an unfulfilled paid order is cancelled following termination, PATCHPOP will handle any refund or transaction reversal in accordance with the original payment method, payment-provider timelines, and applicable law, unless the transaction is subject to fraud review, chargeback investigation, or legal restriction.

20. Entire Agreement, Waiver & Changes to Terms

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy, product-page rules, campaign-specific conditions, and any other operational policies referenced on the website, constitute the entire agreement between you and PATCHPOP regarding your use of the website and purchases through official PATCHPOP channels.
